Plans will introduce a new and upgraded luxury retail offer, delivering the best of Australian and international designers curated especially for the Chatswood Chase Sydney customer.
Amongst the introduction of new luxury brands, the retail precinct will receive a major reconfiguration, design refresh and new skylight-atria features throughout. The Victoria Avenue entrance will also receive a major upgrade, reframing the front entrance and gateway to the new Chatswood Chase Sydney.
Chase Market is the new development of the food precinct on lower ground level at Chatswood Chase, a collision of the freshest food with the finest theatrical dining experiences. Chase Market will be a playground for the Epicurious – it is not just a food court or fresh food offer, it’s designed to be multi-sensory, where shopping for fresh produce and dining becomes an immersive experience to delight all the senses.
Once completed, customers will be able to sample flavours from every pocket of the world, delight in unexpected and imaginative food experiences, to bring inspiration to their home.

Frequently Asked Questions - Chase Market Lower Ground Development
Chatswood Chase will remain open and operating throughout the planning and construction periods. Access to some retailers on Lower Ground may be subject to construction, however we will ensure disruption is kept to a minimum. All other retail stores will remain open and not impacted.
Our priority is giving retailers as much notice as possible to ensure they have time to plan for the future. We are doing all we can to minimise disruption and ensure continuity to as many businesses as possible. We will work directly with our impacted retailers to review all available opportunities. For some businesses we are assisting them to relocate to other locations within our centre.
Throughout the Lower Ground project, we will aim to keep disruption to customers and businesses to a minimum. In some areas we will be transforming ceilings, lights, removal and relocation of shop fit outs, realignment of malls and thoroughfares and significant ambiance upgrades.
The centre remains open and trading. Different retailers are subject to different trading hours. Please visit the SHOP & DINE pages on this website to see individual store opening hours. Coles and Kmart will remain open throught the redevelopment.
We are working with all impacted businesses on a case-by-case basis. We have spoken to all businesses that may be affected and will work closely with them to ensure a smooth transition.
