We can’t wait to welcome you back - with your favourite stores, hairdressing and beauty services, cafes and restaurants reopening their doors from Monday 11 October. As per NSW Health direction, customers are required to be fully vaccinated to shop at our full range of retailers, cafes, and restaurants.

Shopping may look a little different as we’ve implemented additional measures including increased cleaning and sanitisation. We want to help you, so before you visit please check out our tips and tricks below on how to plan your trip:

Across our centre we have a number of initiatives in place including:

  • Hand sanitiser at all entrances
  • Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas
  • Physical and digital signage and PA announcements reminding customers to keep a safe distance apart
  • Floor decals and physical distancing reference points in key areas
  • Traffic and density management in our carparks and our malls
  • Additional customer service staff to assist with managing social distancing
  • Designated entry and exit points
  • Queuing areas in high traffic locations and entrances

When you visit us please ensure you:

  • Plan your shopping trip and use the closest entry to the store you are visiting
  • Check in via the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in QR Code supplied on all entries
  • Shop early and check our website for updates
  • Keep a healthy 1.5 metres distance from other customers and team members
  • Ensure you wear a well fitted face mask
  • Maintain good hygiene including washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser provided

To understand which stores are open, please visit here. We recommend you call and check with individual stores directly as trading may vary during this time.

Many of our retail stores are required to close (‘click and collect’, takeaway and home delivery can still operate), except the following can remain open:

o Supermarkets and grocery stores (including butchers, bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, liquor stores and fishmongers).
o Stores that predominantly sell health, medical, maternity and infant     supplies.
o Pharmacies and chemists.
o Pet supplies.
o Post offices and newsagents, and
o Office supplies.

If you do need to visit the centre for essential services, please help us keep yourself and the community safe by wearing a facemask, checking in at every touchpoint, and keeping a healthy distance from each other.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, please do not enter the centre and get tested immediately and isolate until you return a negative result.

Today the NSW Government announced they are extending their lockdown of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour until 16 July.

However, selected stores and services will be open for you to shop for the essential products and services you need. To understand which stores are open, please visit the individual store on our website.

In line with updated restrictions announced by the NSW Government at 2pm 26 June, from 6.00pm Saturday 26 June until 11.59pm Friday 9 July, our centre and many of our retailers will remain open [with the exception of hairdressers and nail and beauty salons].

While our centre remains open and following guidance from NSW Government to deliver COVIDSafe operations, we still need your help! Please help us keep yourself and the community safe by:

-        wearing a facemask,

-       checking in via QR code,

-       keeping a healthy distance from each other

Update 23.06.2021

In-line with the recent announcement made by the NSW Government, from 4.00pm today (Wednesday 23 June), face masks are required in our centre for everybody aged 12 years and older. This excludes people whose duties are not public-facing and who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons.

The new restrictions also mean a few other changes to how you shop and dine at our centre.

All guests at our hospitality venues, including the food court, must be seated while eating or drinking.

In addition, guests to our stores and facilities must abide by the ‘one person for every four metres of floor space’ rule.

Gym classes at our centre are now also limited to 20 participants and masks must be worn.

Update 10.05.2021

In line with the latest NSW Government directions, from 12.01am Monday 10 May, customers are no longer required to wear a mask in our centre while maintaining a healthy distance from others.

However, some restrictions remain with customer-facing staff still required to wear face masks and drinking while standing up also still prohibited.

The current restrictions will remain in place until 12.01 Monday 17 May or until further notice.

As ever, the safety and well-being of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We will continue to take extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including:

·         Increased sanitisation and cleaning of customer touch points and high traffic areas

Wearing of Masks

In line with the latest NSW Government directions customers are required to wear a mask in our centre while maintaining a healthy distance from others.

Security and Physical Distancing Officers

Security officers in high visibility vests are monitoring our centre to enforce physical distancing requirements as appropriate and are working together with local police.

Capacity Limits & Industry-Leading Heat-Mapping Technology

Maximum capacity limits are in place within the centre and within stores. Centre capacity and crowd density is actively monitored by heat mapping technology.

Increased Hand Sanitisation & Cleaning

Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas.

Hand Sanitiser At Entry Points

Please use the hand santiser located at each entrance and use hand sanitser when requested upon entering a store.

Physical Distancing Signage

Door, window, and floor signage are in place to assist with physical distancing measures. Please adhere to directions and guidance provided.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO KEEP CENTRES CLEAN AND HYGIENIC?

As ever, the safety and well-being of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We will continue to take extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including:

WHAT SPECIFIC HYGIENE PRACTICES ARE IN PLACE?

In addition to our standard practices, we’ve introduced the following precautionary measures to ensure you can visit us with confidence:

  • Increased cleaning schedules of high traffic areas, high contact surface points, including amenities, play areas, parents’ rooms, handles and rails
  • The introduction of hand sanitisers in convenient locations including entrances and exits
  • We’re following NSW government advice monitoring social distancing of 1 person per 2sqm, so please keep a healthy distance from one another while you’re visiting our centre. Please follow window signage and floor decals around the centre including ones provided to retailers to assist with communicating distancing measures
  • We’re actively communicating and promoting the practice of good hygiene
  • We’ve deferred all centre events and activities for now

We are taking additional precautionary measures and continuing to monitor government advice and announcements.

  • Where available, use our traffic counters and/or digital heat mapping to identify busy zones to help us to actively manage these areas before reaching customer density thresholds
  • Automated alerts on occupancy, to actively monitor how many customers are in the centre at any time
  • Additional team members in-centre during peak periods, offering sanitiser and reminding customers of distancing guidelines
  • Automated, regular public announcements centre-wide, communicating distancing expectations
  • Security officers, in high visibility vests, are monitoring our centres, together with supporting local police to enforce social distancing requirements as appropriate
  • Zero tolerance on anti-social or disrespectful behaviour

These are preventative measures that each of us can take to help keep our community safe.

We understand continuing community concerns about the spread of Coronavirus and are conscious of the spread of rumours and misinformation which is not helpful during these times of uncertainty.
