From its early inception as The Joseph SABA Shirt Shop on Melbourne’s Flinders lane in 1965, to the design powerhouse it is today, the focus has always been on quality tailoring and modern simplicity.

In 1996, SABA took part in the first Mercedes Australian Fashion Week. That same year, SABA was awarded the Australian Fashion Menswear Award, cementing its position as an arbiter of taste and style.

SABA was acquired by the Apparel Group in July 2005, moving its head office from Melbourne to Sydney. Today, SABA owns 30 standalone stores, 46 concessions across David Jones and a thriving online store.
